We are a dog-friendly accommodation! You can bring your furry friend for an additional cleaning fee (40€) and a liability waiver for any damage caused by the four-legged companion. Leash use is mandatory during walks around the estate, and pets are not allowed in the pool area.
In the villa, there is a basic first aid kit. In Cuba, the health center is located at 1 Dr. Aníbal Teixeira Street.
The nearest hospital is located in Beja, at Dr. António Fernando Covas Lima Street.

In 'Their Home' you will find 5 air conditioning units. Please use them prudently and avoid unnecessary expenses. Never use the air conditioning equipment with windows or doors open."
At check-in, you will be provided with a digital document containing all the details about the house, useful contacts, and suggestions for restful days and exploring the region. Until then, here are some factors that we believe could make a difference in your decision to spend your vacation at ‘Their Home.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a peaceful vacation. For mid-day breaks, you can rely on a Nespresso® machine, and for breakfasts, there’s also a toaster and kettle. We provide a hairdryer, hand soap, some detergents, and cleaning products for daily use in the house. If you have any doubts, feel free to ask, and we’ll be happy to clarify.
We provide bed linen and bath towels in quantities suitable for the number of guests. In the kitchen, you’ll find dishcloths, placemats, hot pads, and tablecloths.
Pool towels are not available
On the terrace, you’ll find a covered dining area with a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with utensils for your use. Charcoal, fire starters, and cleaning are your responsibility, okay?
The villa has parking right at the door, not covered. Please do not park the car on the grass.
At check-in, you will be provided with a set of keys to ‘Their Home.’ Please return them at check-out. In ‘Their Home,’ you will find 4 AC remotes and two TV remotes. Please leave them where you found them!
The deposit (€200) is handed over in cash at check-in and will be returned at check-out after confirmation of the overall condition of the villa.
There are two pools (for adults and children) freely available for residents and guests. Sunbeds cannot be reserved; please respect common areas and be mindful of noise. Safety rules must be followed, as the estate does not have specific surveillance in the area. The local accommodation is not responsible for the operation of these pools.
They work remotely and know they need a good internet connection to do so. You can rest assured that it’s guaranteed!

The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. In case of a fire, dial 112.
The garbage should be deposited in the designated containers located outside. As you leave the villa towards the main avenue of the estate, you will find recycling bins and containers for waste disposal. Please do not leave garbage outside the containers.
